Complaints in Ceuta multiply by 10 since the jump, with 16 rapes and migrants themselves as victims

Courts now receive about 200 complaints per day instead of the usual 20, including 16 sexual assaults, and several migrants have already been arrested or returned to Morocco for these acts. Police complain about the precarious conditions in which they work.
