Former head of Federal Penitentiary Service K prosecuted for not preventing narco leaders from operating from prisons

Federal judge of Rosario, Carlos Vera Barros, prosecuted María Laura Garrigós for the crimes of abuse of authority and violation of the duties of public officials, for not preventing unauthorized communications by narco leaders. By not blocking their cell phones, they continued to give orders.
